Return and Cancellation Policy


We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse.  If items are damaged, please contact to get your refund processed.  We will provide you postage via email.  We require that items are sent back before a full refund is given.  WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM SHOES AT ALL.

We are not responsible for orders once they have been shipped out.  Please contact the carrier for your particular order if there are any issues with delivery.  All USPS priority and UPS orders have insurance up to $100 added at no extra charge.

You have three full days from the receipt of goods to make a claim for refund. If claim is not made within three days, you will not eligible for a refund or exchange.


You have the option to cancel your order up until the time you get the shipping notification.  We usually ship same day so you need to make sure that you contact us expeditiously to cancel using the email  If you decide to cancel your order for any reason outside of our control there will be a 5% restocking fee to offset payment processing fees.  It will be deducted from your refund.
